Palladium Business Brokers approached us in order to help them become visible to buyers and sellers of medical and dental real estate and businesses.

This was challenging because there were many established players like SEEK and even direct match domains like Practice Sales Search which had been doing business for decades in this space. On top of this Palladium did not have any listings at the time.

Despite this, we were able to overcome these hurdles and outrank all of the big players in the industry, making for a great Real Estate SEO case study. Palladium now ranks number 1 for several primary keywords.

The Goal

The goal was to rank in Google for medical and dental practice and clinic for sale terms in Victoria.

Our SEO agency came up with a strategy to rank for these terms using blog articles and listing pages, achieving first page results in just 1 month.

How Did We Get the Rankings Up So Quickly?

We started by analysing competitors to see what they were doing. It became evident that there were 2 major types of content ranking in this industry. The first were articles that met the intent of informational Google searches. The second were commercial terms that triggered predominantly listing pages.

By correctly matching the intent of users, optimising pages with onpage SEO and establishing relevant high authority backlinks we were able to sky-rocket rankings in a very short period of time.
